Just 7 kilometres from the clear, turquoise sea of Punta Prosciutto and Torre Colimena, in the countryside of Avetrana, lies the Bosco di Mudonato Farmhouse.

White walls and airy volumes characterise this residence surrounded by greenery and enclosed by dry stone walls. There is time for walks among the oaks, holm oaks and Mediterranean maquis that offer a wonderful coolness on hot summer days or to discover mushrooms and asparagus, blackberries and aromatic herbs.

In an old fortified Masseria from the 16th century, within a 40-hectare estate, four flats have been created, immersed in the green of centuries-old olive groves stretching as far as the eye can see, furnished with taste and elegance in typical Mediterranean style.

The flats, very fresh and spacious, have an independent entrance with access from the internal courtyard. Each apartment has ample space, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, refrigerator and utensils. Outside, the lawn is furnished with tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasols belonging to each flat.
