The Valle d'Itria, or the Valley of the Trulli, unfolds amidst gentle hills, characterised by a vast expanse of farms and trulli, typical circular stone buildings, scattered among vineyards and olive groves and bordered by characteristic dry-stone walls, which over time have become refined accommodation facilities.
The villages that make up the Valle d'Itria are fascinating: Alberobello with its UNESCO heritage trulli, Locorotondo with its cummerse, Cisternino one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Martina Franca with its Baroque, Ceglie Messapica with its gastronomy and Ostuni the White City.
